  • Prepare ingredients for the recipe. Wash shrimps under cold water and wipe dry with a paper towel.
    4 bowls one with cheese, one garlic salt, mayo in a bowl and shrimp in a bowl
  • Butterfly the shrimp and place them on a baking sheet.

  • Apply a thin layer of mayonnaise on the inside of the shrimp, season them with garlic salt and top them off with cheese.

  • Bake them at 400F for about 12 minutes, but check up at the 10 minute mark, to see if they've turned pink, a sign that they're ready. Serve immediately.
