  • Cook noodles al dente according to package instructions.

  • In a medium size bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar together. Set aside.

  • Preheat a skillet with oil to medium low. Add in garlic and sauté until lightly browned. Add in chili flakes and cook for 2 minutes.
