Ingredients

  • 10 bread slices
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl, whisk the eggs with milk and salt.
    Eggs with milk in a bowl.
  • Dip both sides of the bread into the egg mixture.
    French toast in a bowl soaking in egg.
  • On low heat, preheat a skillet with a tablespoon of butter. Add toast to the preheated skillet and fry until golden brown. Flip over and repeat.
