- 4 slices of bread fresh or toasted
- 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
- 8 oz smoked salmon
- 2 hardboiled eggs sliced
- 1/4 red onion sliced into half rings
- 1/4 cup capers
- 3 tbsp dill fresh
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
Apply whipped cream cheese to bread.
