Pesto Pasta Salad with Mozzarella

8 oz pasta cooked al dente 2 cups baby arugula 6 oz Mozzarella pearls 2 cups cherry tomatoes cut in halves 1/2 cup basil pesto Cook pasta to al dente according to package instructions. Drain pasta and let it cool to room temperature.
Place arugula on the bottom of a large bowl. Add cold pasta, Mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, and basil pesto.
Toss everything together. Serve with a bit of parmesan and fresh basil as a garnish. Enjoy!
