  • Preheat oil in a large oven safe skillet. Add chicken and cook it until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.

  • To the same skillet add in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic parsley salt. Whisk as it cooks, creating a creamy sauce.

  • Add broccoli florets to the sauce. Place chicken breasts back into the pan, between florets.

  • Bake at 400°F for about 10 minutes or until chicken reaches 165F. Serve right away.
