- 10 oz pasta any of your favorites
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast boneless & skinless
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/3 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 4 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
Cook pasta al dente according to package instructions. Set a cup of pasta water aside and drain the remainder.
Preheat a deep frying pan with oil. Season chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Brown chicken on all sides until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove and set it aside. Slice into bite size pieces.
To the same frying pan, reduce heat, add in butter and minced garlic. Cook it for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add cooked pasta, sliced chicken, lemon juice, fresh parsley, and parmesan to pan and toss everything together. Enjoy!
