- 2 medium bananas (about 1 1/3 cup mashed)
- 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork.
Add oats and chocolate chips. Stir to combine it all together.
Line a baking sheet. Scoop cookies about 1.5 tablespoon in size. Shape them by hand and place them on the baking sheet.
Bake for 13-15 minutes or until they are lightly golden. Cool on a wire rack before digging in.
