Ingredients

  • 4 lbs Beef Short Ribs cut into 3 x 2 inch pieces
  • 3 cups Beef broth
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat a skillet on high heat. Brown short ribs on all sides until golden brown.

  • To a slow cooker, add beef broth, red wine, salt, and pepper.
