Easy Blackberry Cobbler Recipe
This blackberry cobbler is made with a sweet blackberry-lemon filling and topped with sugary buttermilk biscuits. Add ice cream and you've got perfection!

Cobbler Topping Combine all the dry ingredients together in a separate large bowl. Whisk mixture to combine.
Cut in or grate butter into the dry ingredients. Combine together until you achieve course crumbles.
Combine buttermilk with vanilla extract. Add it to the flour mixture. Stir to combine until lumpy.
Place blackberry filling on the bottom of a 9 inch baking pan.
Top off cobbler with about 6 to 8 spoonfuls of the topping and sprinkle with the 3 tbsp of sugar.
Bake at 375°F for about 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with your favorite ice cream.
