- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cups cabbage shredded
- 1 large carrot shredded
- 1/3 cup soy sauce low sodium
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 cup green onion diced
In a large skillet or a wok, cook ground beef on medium high heat until golden brown.
Add in cabbage and carrots to the skillet. Cook until they soften, about 3-5 minutes.
Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss it all together.
Add in ginger and garlic, then cook for a few minutes. Toss in green onions. Enjoy!
