Creamy Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb pasta rigatoni or penne
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp garlic parsley salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3 garlic cloves pressed
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Set aside and reserve one cup of pasta water for later. Season chicken on all sides with garlic parsley salt.

  • Preheat a deep skillet with butter. Saute chicken on both sides until golden brown. Remove, slice into strips, and set aside.

  • To the same skillet add heavy whipping cream and garlic. Bring to a simmer, then add in parmesan cheese.

  • Add pasta and chicken back in, stir to combine together. Season to taste and serve right away.
