Peppermint Bark (Crazy Easy)

This peppermint bark is layered with mint-kissed semisweet and white chocolate and crushed candy canes. It's so festive and makes the perfect gift for someone special!

  • Line a 9x13 inch sheet tray with parchment paper that overhangs on the sides.
    Baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pour the melted semi-sweet chocolate into the pan and spread it into an even layer. Place the pan in the fridge for about ten minutes, or until the chocolate partially sets.

  • Melt the white chocolate and stir in 1/2 cup of the chopped peppermint candies and the peppermint extract. Pour the white chocolate mixture over the partially set semi-sweet chocolate.

  • Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup crushed peppermints and allow the bark to cool completely in the fridge for about an hour, or until completely set.

  • Once the chocolate is set, cut or break the peppermint bark into your desired size and shape pieces. Enjoy!
