2 large green apples cut into bite-sized pieces 1 cup celery thinly sliced 1/2 cup walnuts chopped 1 cup red grapes halved To make the dressing, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and honey in a small bowl until smooth and creamy.
In a separate bowl, combine the apples, celery, walnuts and grapes.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix everything together until well combined. Enjoy immediately, or cover and store in the fridge.
