  • 1 lb mixed greens
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 cup cucumbers sliced
  • 1 cup tomatoes sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill or other herbs

Instructions

  • Combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together by whisking with a fork. Set aside.

  • Prepare all the veggies and feta cheese for the salad.

  • Place the leafy greens in the bottom of a bowl, then top them off with the rest of the ingredients.
