These scrumptious cranberry brie bites feature fillo dough cups baked with brie, cranberry sauce, and fresh cranberries. Crazy easy and so good!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 8 oz brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup cranberries
  • 12 mini filo shells

Instructions

  • Cut the brie into small pieces that will fit just perfectly into the fillo cups.

  • Place the brie in the cup first, followed by the cranberry sauce and cranberry halves.

  • Broil the brie and cranberry bites on the lower rack of the oven for about 7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Serve them warm or at room temperature!
