4 lb chuck roast 1 packet ranch dressing seasoning (1 oz size) 1 packet au jus gravy mix (1 oz size) 4 tbsp unsalted butter 4 pepperoncini peppers Place the chuck roast into a crockpot. Sprinkle on the ranch dressing and au jus mix.
Place the butter and pepperoncini peppers on top of the roast.
Cover with a lid and cook for at least 8 hours on low heat.
Shred the roast with two forks and serve. Enjoy!
