Ingredients

  • 4 lb chuck roast
  • 1 packet ranch dressing seasoning (1 oz size)
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix (1 oz size)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 pepperoncini peppers

Instructions

  • Place the chuck roast into a crockpot. Sprinkle on the ranch dressing and au jus mix.
    Roast with ranch and beef gravy seasoning.
  • Place the butter and pepperoncini peppers on top of the roast.

  • Cover with a lid and cook for at least 8 hours on low heat.
