Season the chicken breasts on both sides with garlic parsley salt and paprika.
Preheat a deep skillet with oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken on both sides until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Add the butter to the same pan. Toss in the cherry tomatoes and sun dried tomatoes and cook on medium-low for a few minutes. Add the garlic and cook for a few more minutes.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring the sauce to a simmer. Stir in the spinach and cook until it wilts.
Melt in the Parmesan cheese, then add the chicken back into the skillet with the tomato cream sauce. Enjoy!
