Ingredients

  • 8 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Chives chopped
  • 1/2 cup Purple Onion diced
  • 1 cup Ham chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Cheese grated
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Clean egg, slice in half. Remove yolk and mash it. Mix in to yolk chives, onions, ham, pepper and salt.
  • dd just a bit of mayo so ingredients stick together, don’t overdo it you don’t need those extra calories. Stuff eggs and sprinkle with some cheese.
