10 Minute Tomato Basil Soup
This Tomato Basil Soup is so easy to prepare. It only borrows 10 minutes of your effort and the rest is up to your oven.

- 10 medium Tomatoes
- 2 large Red Bell Pepper
- 2 Yellow Onions
- 1 head of Garlic
- 1 cup Fresh Basil
- 1 tbsp Oil (Olive, Canola or Grape Seed)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Prepare the ingredients for the recipe.
Cut all veggies and lay them flat on a baking sheet. I ended up using two baking sheets. Drizzle veggies with oil.
Roast at 400F for about 40 minutes or until golden brown. Add in basil to the roasted veggies.
Puree the soup using a blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
