Mushroom Appetizer

Mushroom Appetizers are perfect for fall and winter seasons. I love the way these flaky, crunchy parts of the fillo shells add texture to the creamy mushroom filling.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 4 oz Diced Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 cup Shredded Chicken
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1/8 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 30 Mini Fillo Cups

Instructions

  • Fry mushrooms with oil until they are golden brown.
    Mushrooms frying in a pan.
  • In a bowl, combine together fried mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, shredded chicken, mayonnaise, pressed garlic, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.

  • Place the fillo shells on a baking sheet and fill them with the mushroom mixture. Bake at 390F for about 15-20 minutes.

  • Serve them immediately.
