Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 15 oz canned Pinto Beans
  • 15 oz canned Kidney Beans
  • 15 oz canned Diced Tomatoes
  • 5 oz Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 10 oz canned Corn
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 large Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Chili Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese
  • 1 cup diced Green Onions

Instructions

  • Prepare ingredients for this simple chili.

  • Saute ground beef in your isntant pot. While the beef is cooking, continue stirring so it doesn't stick together. Add in bell pepper and onion, saute until they turn golden brown.

  • Rinse beans and drain corn. Add the remaining ingredients into an instant pot (beans, chicken broth, corn, diced tomatoes, garlic, chili pepper, paprika and taco seasoning) and season it with salt.

  • Set the timer to 25 minutes, let it come to pressure and cook. Once it beeps, do a quick release. For serving, top it with some grated cheese and fresh green onions
