  • 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 carrots diced
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 lb sugar snap-peas
  • 1/2 bunch green onions
  • 2 jalapeno pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • oil for cooking

Beef Stir Fry Marinade


  • Prepare all ingredients for the Korean beef stir fry.

  • Prepare the beef stir fry marinade by combining together soy sauce, sesame oil and brown sugar. Set aside.

  • To the preheated skillet, add a bit of oil and add all the vegetables. Cook them on high heat until they soften and turn lightly golden. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, cook ground beef until it's fully cooked. Add vegetables to the cooked beef and stir the fry marinade. Toss everything together as it cooks.

  • Cook for about 2-3 more minutes and remove from the heat. Serve with rice or on its own.
