  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Quick Oats
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 large Onion finely diced
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  • In a medium or large bowl knead together all ingredients. Let them sit for about 30 minutes, the juices f flavors combine better and oats soak up a bit.
  • Pre-heat oven to 375F.
  • Form into decent size balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes (depending on your oven), or until browned on outside.
