Whole Wheat Banana Bread Recipe
This whole wheat banana bread is packed with ripe bananas, plump raisins, and fiber. The perfect breakfast on the go or afternoon snack!

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Whisk the eggs and honey together. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
To the egg mixture, add banana, melted coconut oil, yogurt, and vanilla extract.
In small portions, use a spatula to fold the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Once well-combined, add in the raisins.
Pour the batter into a loaf pan.
Bake bread for about 50 minutes. Check the doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of the bread. If it comes out clean, it's ready. Enjoy!
