  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Whisk the eggs and honey together. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.

  • To the egg mixture, add banana, melted coconut oil, yogurt, and vanilla extract.

  • In small portions, use a spatula to fold the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Once well-combined, add in the raisins.

  • Pour the batter into a loaf pan.

  • Bake bread for about 50 minutes. Check the doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of the bread. If it comes out clean, it's ready. Enjoy!
