  • Preheat oven to 350F. Whip eggs together with honey. In a separate bowl, combine flour, together with baking soda and salt.

  • To the egg mixture add banana, melted coconut oil, yogurt and vanilla extract.

  • In small portions, using spatula, combine the flour mixture with the egg mixture. In the end, add raisins to the dough. Also you can add seeds to the dough at this time.

  • Pour dough into the baking sheet.

  • Bake bread for about 50 minutes. Using a toothpick, check to see if the dough is cooked.
