  • 2 cup zucchini grated, and squeezed to drain
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp oil for cooking


  • Combine zucchini together with flour, eggs, and salt in a bowl.

  • Preheat oil in a skillet. Spoon small amounts of mixture into the pan.
