  • Dice onions into small pieces. Saute them with oil and set them aside.

  • Tear the bread into small pieces, place in a bowl and pour in the milk. Mix and soak for about 10 minutes. Squeeze out the excess milk.

  • Combine meat together with bread crumbs, eggs and onion. Season it with salt and pepper.

  • Preheat oven to 375F. Grease pan with oil. Press the mixture into the pan.
