Ingredients

  • 16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast (two or three chicken breasts)
  • 1 tbsp 21 Seasoning Salute Trader Joe's (or any other chickne seasoning)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F. Coat all sides of the chicken breast with oil and seasoning.

  • Place the chicken into the air fryer, leaving space in between each one. Air Fry for 10 minutes.

  • Flip the chicken and air fry again for 5-8 more minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Enjoy!
