Mexican Crock Pot Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breast
  • 1 1/2 cup Mango Salsa or any of your favorite
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 medium Onion
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Dice onions into half rings, place them on the bottom of the crock pot. Season chicken with pepper and salt on both sides. Place chicken on top of the onions.
    Ingredients on table include: onion, chicken breast, cream cheese, salsa and salt and pepper
  • Add salsa and cream cheese to the chicken. 
    Chicken placed into a crock pot and covered with salsa and cream cheese
  • Turn crock pot on high and cook for about three hours or until chicken is cooked.
