Salmon Mushroom Bake
Servings 8 servings
Saute sliced onion with olive oil until they are softened.
In a shallow baking dish, lay out the onions and place salmon on top. Season to taste with salt & pepper, and then rub with mayonnaise.
Layer with thinly sliced mushrooms and cover with grated cheese. Cover foil and bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
Serve baked salmon right away.
