Ingredients

  • 5 lb Boneless Pork
  • 1 large Onion
  • 5 Garlic Cloves
  • 3 tbsp Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Cut meat into medium size pieces. Cut onion into small cube pieces. Grate garlic.
  • Place meat in bowl, add all ingredients and mix well. Let it sit overnight.
  • Get your grill going. If you are using wood skewers, wet them overnight, they will not get burned.
