Light Ranch Dressing Recipe

This light ranch dressing will have you wondering why you ever purchased a bottled version. So easy to make and full of tang!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup diced fresh dill
  • 1/8 cup diced fresh parsley
  • 1 juice from lime
  • 2 scallions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Finely dice the herbs and garlic cloves.
    Ingredients on table including; cilantro, green onion, lime, 3 garlic cloves, dill, sour cream in a measuring cup, buttermilk in a measuring cup and mayo in a measuring cup
  • Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor. Pulse everything together until you get a smooth, even texture.

  • Store the dressing in an airtight container or sealable canning jar in the refrigerator. Enjoy as a dip or salad dressing!
