This brioche bread pudding is baked to perfection with thinly sliced pears and chocolate chips. The custard will have your mouth watering!

  • Cut the brioche slices into half. Assemble them in a baking dish.
  • Between each slice add in a couple of pieces of pear.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the heavy cream, eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, and milk until combined.
  • Pour the custard over the brioche and allow it to soak for 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. ENJOY!
