Easy Alfredo Sauce (5 Minutes)

This quick and easy homemade Alfredo sauce recipe uses heavy cream, butter, and Parmesan cheese. Once you try it, you'll never buy a jar of Alfredo sauce again!

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Parley Salt

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients. Parmesan cheese is much better if it's freshly grated from a block vs a pre-shredded variety.

  • Heat heavy whipping cream, parsley garlic salt, and butter in a saucepan until it starts to simmer. Whisk the cream as it simmers, so it doesn't stick to the bottom.

  • Press garlic into the sauce and cook for another minute. Add Parmesan cheese to the sauce, keep whisking until it completely melts.

  • Now that the sauce is ready, you can prepare some pasta to go with it. Or, feel free to use it for baking pizza.
