  • Place chicken into a deep dish. In a separate dish, dissolve sugar and salt in warm water, add lemon juice to the water. Pour the mixture over the chicken, add enough water to cover the chicken. Leave chicken marinating overnight.

  • Remove chicken from the liquid. Place chicken on a grill for about 30 minutes on each side, until it's all coked through.

  • Apply BBQ sauce on all sizes of the chicken.

  • Serve chicken while it's warm.
