In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together except for the ketchup. Allow the mixture to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature to meld the flavors together.
Line a loaf pan or baking sheet with foil. Transfer the meat mixture into the pan with your hands, shaping it into a loaf.
Spread the ketchup over the loaf and bake it at 375°F for 45 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove the meatloaf from the pan and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before slicing into it. Enjoy!
