- 3 lbs whole chicken cup up into pieces
- 1 lb potatoes Yukon Gold
- 4 large carrots
- 1 large yellow onion
- 1 tbsp Garlic Parsley Salt adjust to preference
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Cut all the vegetables into medium-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, season the chicken with garlic parsley salt. Then, transfer it to the sheet pan.
Add the potatoes, carrots and onions into the same bowl and drizzle them with oil. Toss the veggies together until everything is well-coated.
Spread the veggies and chicken in a single layer across a baking sheet.
Bake uncovered at 400°F for 60 minutes or until chicken's internal temperature reaches 165°F.
