Ingredients

  • 3 lbs whole chicken cup up into pieces
  • 1 lb potatoes Yukon Gold
  • 4 large carrots
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Parsley Salt adjust to preference
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Cut all the vegetables into medium-sized pieces.
