  • Preheat a heavy bottomed pan over medium-low heat with a spoonful of butter.

  • Next, pour 1/3 cup of the batter into the pan. Cook until bubbles start to form on the top of the batter and the pancake turns golden brown. Flip the pancake to cook the other side. Repeat until all your batter is used up. Enjoy!
