30-Minute Instant Pot Ribs (Extra Juicy)

This recipe for Instant Pot ribs is fall-off-the-bone delicious. If you’ve never made ribs in the pressure cooker before, you’re in for quite the treat.

  • Pour the apple juice on the bottom of the Instant Pot and place the trivet on top.

  • Whisk the garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, brown sugar, salt, and ground black pepper together in a medium bowl.

  • Rub all the sides of the ribs with the dry seasoning.

  • Curl the ribs and tuck them inside the Instant Pot.

  • Set the pressure on the Instant Pot to manual for 20 minutes and allow the pressure to natural release.

  • Turn the nob to venting to release any residual pressure. Open the lid and remove the ribs from the Instant Pot. Place them on a baking sheet and generously brush BBQ sauce all over the rack.
