This recipe for Instant Pot ribs is fall-off-the-bone delicious. If you’ve never made ribs in the pressure cooker before, you’re in for quite the treat.
Pour the apple juice on the bottom of the Instant Pot and place the trivet on top.
Whisk the garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, brown sugar, salt, and ground black pepper together in a medium bowl.
Rub all the sides of the ribs with the dry seasoning.
Curl the ribs and tuck them inside the Instant Pot.
Set the pressure on the Instant Pot to manual for 20 minutes and allow the pressure to natural release.
Turn the nob to venting to release any residual pressure. Open the lid and remove the ribs from the Instant Pot. Place them on a baking sheet and generously brush BBQ sauce all over the rack.
Broil ribs on high for about 5 minutes. Serve right away and enjoy.
