Banana Oatmeal Pancakes (Only 3 Ingredients)
These banana oatmeal pancakes are inspired by the flavors of traditional banana bread. With just 3 ingredients and no flour, they are such an easy treat!

- 3 large bananas ripe
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup oats quick or steel cut
Mash bananas in a medium-sized bowl until there are no lumps.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth. Add them to the mashed bananas. Stir to combine.
Toss the oats into a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds or until you get a flour-like texture.
Add the ground oats to the mashed banana mixture. Stir to combine.
Preheat a large skillet with a bit of butter. Brown each pancake on each side until golden brown (about 1-2 minutes). Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
