  • Place oil, minced garlic, salt, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning into a large Ziplock bag.

  • Add the shrimp to the bag, shaking it to coat the shrimp evenly. Let shrimp marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  • Preheat grill to 400°F. While it's heating up, thread the shrimp onto the skewers.

  • Grill the shrimp for about 3 minutes or until golden brown on each side.
