  • Gather all ingredients for the recipe.
    Ingredients on the table including; 2 eggs, puff pastry dough, sugar, farmers cheese in a bowl and flour in a measuring spoon
  • In a medium bowl, combine the farmer's cheese with the sugar and 2 eggs.

  • Use a rolling pin to flatten out the puff pastry dough. Divide the dough into equal-sized pieces (about 8-9 squares). Place a dollop of the sweet cheese on one half of a puff pastry square. Fold over the other side to form a triangle. Repeat until all the puff pastry squares are stuffed and folded.

  • In a small bowl, whisk the last egg and use it to brush the tops of the bourekas. Sprinkle on some sugar.
