  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 lb Mushrooms
  • 1 Yellow onion
  • 2 small Zucchinis
  • Oil for cooking


  • Prepare the ingredients for the recipe.
    vegetables on the table including; mushrooms, an onion , 2 zucchinis, a red and green bell pepper, oil and salt
  • Dice all veggies to bite size pieces.
    3 bowls one with diced zucchini, one with diced onions and now with diced mushrooms and red and green bell peppers
  • On a skillet, separately cook each vegetable till it becomes golden and softened. Season with salt and pepper.
