One Pan Sausage and Vegetable Bake

This sheet pan sausage & veggies dinner is so simple, yet so satisfying. Packed with savory sausage, potatoes, and veggies, you'll crave it time & time again.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb andouille sausage
  • 1 lb large shrimp
  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 tbsp seasoning salt adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Cut up the veggies into similar-sized pieces and the sausage into small rings.

  • Toss the veggies and sausage with olive oil and seasoning salt.

  • Spread the veggies and sausage across the lined baking sheet evenly.

  • Bake the veggies at 400°F until they're still a bit firm (about 15 minutes). Season the shrimp and spread them evenly across the baking sheet.
