12 large eggs 1 cup mozzarella cheese grated 1 cup bacon bits fully-cooked 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream cooking oil spray Gather all the ingredients for the recipe.
Crack the eggs into a large bowl and season them with salt. Add in the heavy whipping cream and whisk to combine.
Stir in the bacon and cheese into the egg mixture.
Spray a muffin pan generously with cooking oil. Fill each cup with the egg mixture, leaving just a small amount of space to account for rising.
Bake the egg bites at 350°F for about 20 minutes or until fully-cooked through.
