Ingredients

  • 4 flatbreads
  • 1/2 cup favorite pizza sauce
  • 2 large tomatoes (or two cups of cherry tomatoes)
  • 2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp handful of fresh basil or arugula

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 410°F.

  • Place the flatbreads next to each other on a baking sheet, making sure to leave a bit of space in between each. Spread the marinara sauce onto each flatbread.

  • Top with sliced tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese.

  • Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and a bit bubbly. Sprinkle rough chopped basil or arugula on top. Serve warm and enjoy!
