M&M Cookies are the perfect combination of chewy and soft, with a nice crunch from the added candy pieces. They are a great, easy-to-make addition to that holiday tray you’ve been putting off making.

Prepare all ingredients. The butter should be at a room temperature. Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
Whisk butter with brown and granulated sugar. To the mixture, add salt, vanilla and egg, then whisk until it becomes fluffy.
In a separate bowl, combine together flour with baking powder and baking soda. Add the flour mixture to the mixing bowl. Slowly whisk it to combine together.
Add half of the M&M's to the dough. Scoop the cookie dough and place it on a baking sheet. Add the remaining M&M's to the tops of the cookies.
Bake M&M Cookies for 7-11 minutes, depending on the size of the cookie.
