  • Prepare all ingredients for the recipe.

  • Place the chocolate chips and whipping cream into a bowl. Next, microwave the mixture in 30 second increments, stirring between each one until smooth.

  • Blend the freeze-dried raspberries until they're finally crushed, then add them into the melted chocolate. Use a cookie scoop to portion out the truffle batter. Next, use your hands to shape the batter into a ball shape about the size of a walnut.

  • Melt the chocolate chips until smooth. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and sprinkle it with crushed raspberries on top.

  • Store the truffles in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve them. Enjoy!
