Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium Red Cabbage Head
  • 2 cup Frozen Corn
  • 2 Chicken Breast
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil for frying
  • Mayonnaise dressing
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Cook chicken breast in salty water until it is cooked through. Cut chicken into long, thin strips.

  • Fry corn on high heat, until all sides become golden brown.

  • Slice cabbage thinly. Toss all ingredients together. Season the salad with mayonnaise and salt before serving.
