Corn and Red Cabbage Salad
Servings 4 People
- 1/2 medium Red Cabbage Head
- 2 cup Frozen Corn
- 2 Chicken Breast
- 1 tbsp Olive oil for frying
- Mayonnaise dressing
- Salt to taste
Cook chicken breast in salty water until it is cooked through. Cut chicken into long, thin strips.
Fry corn on high heat, until all sides become golden brown.
Slice cabbage thinly. Toss all ingredients together.
Season the salad with mayonnaise and salt before serving.
