1 cup unsalted butter soft but not melted 1 tbsp garlic minced 1 tbsp chives minced 3 tbsp fresh Italian parsley minced 1 tsp salt adjust to taste Mince all the herbs and garlic into tiny pieces.
Place butter in a medium size bowl. Add herbs, garlic, and salt. Stir to combine together.
Place a piece of plastic wrap on the counter. Place spoonfuls of butter into the center of the plastic. Roll it up into a log, about 1.5 inches thick. Seal the edges and transfer into the fridge.
